Shipping policy
All my orders ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receipt.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
You have the option of paying for expedited shipping in the shopping cart during checkout.
Standard orders ship USPS first class mail, you will receive notification at the time of shipment.
Domestic:
1st class USPS typically takes 1-3 business days domestically depending on the season and how far you are from Raleigh, NC.
Canada:
First class USPS mailed to Canada typically takes about a 2 to 4 weeks though it can be longer, especially around holidays, and it does not come with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Due to customs the time of transport is completely out of my hands
International:
First class USPS mailed internationally typically takes at least 2 weeks, or longer. Due to customs the time of transport is completely out of my hands.
UPGRADING SHIPPING:
There are shipping upgrade options available for purchasing items in my shop for both domestic and international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: While I do try to prioritize the orders placed with upgraded shipping, the upgrade applies to the shipping ONLY- it does not mean there is a rush added to the processing time. The standard processing time of 1-5 business days still applies unless otherwise is requested and agreed upon BEFORE placing the order. I am most often able to rush the processing time of an order too, but depending on the circumstances, an additional rush charge may apply.
