Returns:
Returns are accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or not as ordered. You have seven days after receipt of the piece to contact me about a return. Upon agreement you can return the piece for credit toward a replacement, or a different piece. Shipping charges can not be credited.

Repairs:
I will be happy to repair any of our items that may have gotten damaged due to time, wear, etc. If applicable, you may be charged for labor, materials, and/or shipping, but this can not be assessed until the piece in question is in our hands. Contact me about any repairs, and we'll take it from there.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
